4. Cancellation Before Download

5. Partial Access & Pro‑Rated Refunds

  • We do not offer partial or pro‑rated refunds for partially accessed content. Once any portion of the digital material has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.


6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in penalties or account suspension.
